How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to return your art print or poster:

  3. Receive return authorization and detailed instructions
  4. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
  6. Send us the tracking number for your return shipment

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different art print or poster, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your art print or poster arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Provide photographs of the damage and packaging
  3. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you
  4. We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item

Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect art print or poster, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may have entered production and our standard return policy will apply.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or duties. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for international returns. Refunds will be issued in US dollars.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns that meet our eligibility requirements.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your shipment and arranging for secure delivery.
